Screen Printing

10,008 products

Ink is pressed through a fine mesh stencil, one screen per colour, laying a thick opaque layer that bonds to the surface. Because each colour is its own screen, the cost sits in the setup rather than the run — which is why it gets cheaper the more you order.

Best for Bags, drinkware, textiles and flat surfaces. Logos in one to three solid colours, at any quantity from a few hundred up.

Artwork Vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts converted to outlines. Spot colours called out in Pantone. Gradients and fine halftones don't hold well — simplify them or use digital instead.
