Heat turns solid dye directly into gas, which bonds into polyester fibres or a coated surface and solidifies again inside the material. Nothing sits on top, so there is no texture, no cracking and no peeling — and the design can run right off every edge.

Best for Mugs, mousepads, polyester apparel, lanyards and anything needing all-over full-colour coverage.

Artwork 300 dpi CMYK with bleed past every edge. Works only on polyester or specially coated blanks — cotton won't hold the dye.
