U.S. deliveries: allow a minimum of 10 business days

Due to recent tariff regulations, shipments to the United States may require a minimum of 10 business days for delivery, as customs clearance can extend transit times.

The 10 business days begin when the carrier scans the shipment out of our facility. They exclude production, proofing and packing, which are quoted separately on your order confirmation.

We prepare the paperwork and track the parcel; we cannot speed up the border.

Courier and customs delays are outside our control

After hand-off to the carrier, the shipment's progress is governed by the carrier and by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We file complete commercial documents and monitor tracking, but we cannot expedite an inspection, a brokerage review or a carrier's routing.

Yorkn cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, as these processes are beyond our control.

What Yorkn commits to

Our U.S. pricing is landed: freight and duties to one U.S. location are already in the price you were quoted, so a formal customs entry does not change what you pay. Every shipment carries a commercial invoice with values, HS codes and country of origin, you receive the tracking number the day it ships, and the in-hands dates we quote are ones we expect to meet.

Sign once per order and production starts.

By signing below you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement, that you accept the minimum 10-business-day delivery window for U.S. shipments, and that Yorkn is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs. Once we receive your acknowledgement your order proceeds, and you can expect to hear from us shortly with updates.
