Custom Printed Flat Bottom Coffee Bags With Zipper & One-way Degassing Valve

These premium flat-bottom coffee bags are specially designed for coffee packaging and branded gift programs. Featuring a stable box-bottom structure, the bag can stand firmly on shelves, making filling and display simple. It comes with a resealable easy-tear zipper and a one-way degassing valve mounted on the back. The valve lets carbon dioxide released by freshly roasted coffee escape while keeping oxygen and moisture out, protecting coffee aroma and extending shelf life.

This bag adopts multi-layer food-grade composite construction: natural kraft paper, PET, reinforced metalized PET and food-grade low-temperature PE, with a total thickness of 140 microns. All food-contact layers meet FDA 21 CFR and Prop 65 requirements. We can provide FDA guarantee letters, third-party migration test reports and factory food safety certificates upon request.

Digital printing supports up to six separate artwork designs. Two order options are available: total 600 pcs (100 pcs per design) and total 3000 pcs (500 pcs per design). Pre-production samples are available to confirm printing effect and quality before mass production.
