🔘 Pad Printing

A soft silicone pad lifts the inked image off an etched plate and rolls it onto the product. Because the pad flexes to the shape underneath, it reaches concave, convex and recessed surfaces that a flat screen simply cannot touch.

Best for Pens, keychains, phone accessories, small gadgets and anything round or irregular. Fine detail in a small imprint area.

Artwork Vector art with Pantone colours. Keep line weights above about 0.5 pt — anything finer risks dropping out at pad-print scale.
