Bold, opaque spot colour — the workhorse of promotional branding.
Ink is pressed through a fine mesh stencil, one screen per colour, laying a thick opaque layer that bonds to the surface. Because each colour is its own screen, the cost sits in the setup rather than the run — which is why it gets cheaper the more you order.
A permanent mark burned into the material itself. No ink to wear off.
A focused laser vaporises the surface layer to cut your logo into metal, wood, bamboo, leather or powder-coated drinkware. On stainless it reveals the bright metal underneath; on wood it burns a warm tone-on-tone mark. The result is part of the product, not a coating on it.
Photographic detail and unlimited colours, with no screens to charge for.
Inkjet heads print your artwork straight onto the product and UV lamps cure it instantly into a hard, scratch-resistant film. There are no screens or plates, so gradients, photographs and many-coloured logos cost no more than a single colour — and low quantities stay affordable.
The method that can print on curves, dips and awkward shapes.
A soft silicone pad lifts the inked image off an etched plate and rolls it onto the product. Because the pad flexes to the shape underneath, it reaches concave, convex and recessed surfaces that a flat screen simply cannot touch.
Magazine-quality colour reproduction on paper and flat goods.
Full-colour images are separated into cyan, magenta, yellow and black, then rebuilt from layered dots — the same technique that prints magazines. On longer runs it delivers photographic accuracy at a cost per piece that keeps falling as quantities rise.
Pressed into the material. Quiet, tactile and unmistakably premium.
A heated custom die presses your logo into the surface — recessed for a deboss, raised for an emboss, or with a metallic foil layer bonded in as it strikes. There's no ink, so the effect comes entirely from light, shadow and texture.
Garments, caps, blankets and fabric goods, where the decoration has to move and wash with the material.
Stitched in thread — the finish people associate with quality apparel.
Your logo is digitised into a stitch file that tells the machine every needle path, then sewn directly into the garment in coloured thread. Woven labels and lanyards take the same idea further, building the design into the fabric on the loom.
Full colour on fabric, with a soft hand and real stretch.
Your design is printed onto a carrier film — in direct-to-film, backed with a powdered adhesive — then fused into the fabric under heat and pressure. It reproduces unlimited colours on textiles without the screen setup, and moves with the garment instead of cracking.
Dye bonded inside the material. Edge to edge, and it cannot peel.
Heat turns solid dye directly into gas, which bonds into polyester fibres or a coated surface and solidifies again inside the material. Nothing sits on top, so there is no texture, no cracking and no peeling — and the design can run right off every edge.

As a rough guide: solid one- or two-colour logos suit screen or pad printing, anything photographic or many-coloured suits full-colour digital, and if you want the branding to feel premium rather than printed, look at laser engraving or a deboss.
Vector files are best — AI, EPS or PDF with the fonts converted to outlines. If all you have is a JPG or PNG, send it anyway: we can usually redraw a logo to vector at no charge, and we'll tell you upfront if we can't.
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof showing your artwork on the product at the correct size and position, and nothing goes to production until you've approved it in writing.
With screen and pad printing we mix to your Pantone reference, so the match is close to exact. Digital, sublimation and four-colour process build colour from CMYK, which can shift a little on strong brand blues and oranges. Tell us the Pantone and we'll flag anything that won't reproduce faithfully.
Often, yes — a laser-engraved lid with a printed body, or an embroidered front with a heat-transferred sleeve. Each location is priced and set up separately, so ask us to quote the combination you want.
Screen, pad and foil methods carry a one-time setup or die charge per colour and location, shown on each product page. Full-colour digital and sublimation have no screen to make, so setup is minimal or waived. Repeat orders using artwork we already hold usually skip the setup entirely.
